Rainbow Leaders is an independent, a-political NGO encouraging young South Africans to strengthen and participate in our democracy. We want to increase the youth registration & voter in national and local government elections.

You and I can be a force for economic and social change if we get involved, ask questions, participate in democracy and hold our leaders accountable. This can empower us to define both the future of South Africa and our youth role in it.

Power In Numbers
We need to have a say in how our country is run. Politicians listen to two things: money and votes. If we increase the youth voter turnout our voices will be heard.

Understand what your leader is promising and how it will respond to your needs.
Ask questions, get to know them and whether they deliver on their promises.

Leaders are elected to perform duties, achieve results and deliver positive change.
Leaders work for you. Once elected must deliver on the promises they made.
Hold elected leaders accountable. Follow up on their promises, check progress and make sure results are being delivered.
